1. Scope and deliverables

We work from a clear scope per sprint or month. We help prioritize and make deliverables specific before we start.

We primarily communicate via Slack and short check-ins. Feedback is grouped per round to keep momentum.

We ship in short cycles. Timelines depend on scope, feedback speed, and technical dependencies.

Ongoing work is billed monthly. Sprints are milestone-based. Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Once paid in full, all deliverables and IP transfer to you. We keep no rights to your work.

We treat all business information as confidential and can sign an NDA if needed.

We deliver with care and quality. Our liability is limited to the amount of the most recent invoice.

You can pause or end work with short notice. We’ll wrap in-progress items cleanly.

If scope changes, we discuss it first. Major changes can affect timeline or pricing.
